Trailmark St Augustine
Take a tour of this beautiful master planned community in St Augustine Florida.
Located 14 miles west of St Augustine’s Historic District and only 12 miles to the St Johns River.
The developer planned Trailmark with nature and recreation on top of mind. Bringing trails and waterways together to create an outdoor experience no matter where your interests lie. As you drive into this beautiful community you see nothing but trees and paths. Trailmark, hence the name, has over 9 miles of walking and biking trails with both paved and natural surfaces in addition to a kayak launch.
There are a handful of builders in this community so you could find homes ranging in prices from the mid-400s to over $900’s.
Two of my favorite builders, Mastercraft and Drees, were honored in the Northeast Florida Parade of Homes. Featured were MasterCraft’s Thomas Plus model and Drees Palmetto model. Both builders currently have 80 foot wide lots available. Their prices are a bit higher, ranging from the mid $600s and up.
For homes in the lower price range then Dreamfinders may be the builder for you. Richmond America is starting their new phase as well, which will come in at a lower price point.
There is also the ability to buy existing homes that were built by all of these builders including Lennar.
The schools in this area are A rated. The children will attend Picolata Crossing for elementary, Pacetti Bay for middle school and Tocoi Creek High. This state-of-the-art high school opened it’s doors in 2021.
St Johns County Schools

This community offers an array or amenities include a Resort Style Pool with beach entry. A lakeside pavilion creating the perfect atmosphere for gatherings, parties and events. Their Fitness Center features top-of-the-line equipment. They even have a Sports Complex that includes pickleball, four square, basketball and volleyball.
Of course, there is a playground for the kiddos and a fenced in Dog Park. Here you can lose the leash to let your pups mix and mingle with other four-legged friends.
For those who love the water, the kayak launch will give you access to Six Mile Creek and eventually to the St Johns river.
HOA and CDD Fees will vary in here, depending on lot size, but you are looking at about $240 to $320 a month.
If you are looking for a 55 and over community, then Reverie within Trailmark might be a good option for you. This is a Dreamfinders community where Residents get to enjoy a gated community with its own private amenities including a pool, fitness center and beer garden. Residents will have full access to the main TrailMark community amenities as well. This builder has already sold out of it’s first phase and the second phase is pretty much spoken for but you can always wait for something existing to come on the market. Homes here will go for high $300s to $600s depending on size and location. Although fees are about 350 a month, that will not include your lawn maintenance.
Trailmark’s location is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts with championship golf, ocean beaches, and historic St. Augustine within a short drive.
