This past year a lot of people have retired earlier than expected and St Johns County has been on their radar,  so today we are touring a 55 plus community right here in St Augustine Florida minutes to the beach and the historic district.

The active adult community is located in St Augustine Florida in close proximity shopping, the historic district and everything St Augustine has to offer from beaches to live music to restaurants however, the best part is, this community is truly low maintenance living and it’s a golf cart friendly neighborhood.

The monthly condo fee ranges from 276  to 322 dollars depending on the floor plan. In addition, it covers the exterior maintenance, insurance, termite bond, landscaping, and irrigation and some amazing resort-style amenities as well including:

This community is also located next to a 22,000 acre nature preserve called “Twelve mile swamp” where 378 acres are a designated recreation area and open to the public and includes 2.2 miles of trails,  including a 1.6-mile loop that is accessible to hiking, biking and horseback riding. Furthermore, some of these units have a view of this preserve.

The Villages of Seloy is currently selling their final phase and have only the Castillo and Augustine available for new construction so resales will be the only way to get into this community very soon.

There are four Floor plans overall in this community and those are The Vilano, Solana, Augustine, and Castillo. These are single-level semi-attached villa-style condos, each with designer finishes, cathedral and tray ceilings, open floor plans, screened lanai, and most importantly, it has two-car garages.

Firstly, The Vilano is the smallest at 2,223 sq ft and is a 2 bed, 2 bath with a flex area

Secondly, The Solana is a 2 bed, 2 bath with a flex space at 2,314 sq ft

Thirdly, The Augustine is a 2 bed, 2 bath and flex at 2447 sq ft starting at $347k

Lastly, The largest is the Castillo and is a 2 bed, 2 bath and flex at 2563 sq ft with an option for an additional bedroom and starting at $355k
