The most wonderful time of the year has finally landed in St. Augustine, Florida! And with it – the 31st Annual Night of Lights Festival. This local-favorite event shines a light on our city’s charm with millions of lights and performances. Walk down STA’s historic streets and witness our landmarks in their finest, shiniest forms. It’s a must-see celebration that we wait all year for!


What to Expect at the Night of Lights

The Night of Lights Festival lights up downtown St. Augustine with more than 3 million lights, creating a shimmering, beautiful holiday atmosphere. This festival, rooted in the city’s Spanish heritage, transforms the area into a brilliant spectacle for all to enjoy. Visitors can enjoy the festive glow from November 23, 2024, through January 26, 2025, making it an ideal destination for holiday getaways.


Opening Night: A Celebration of Lights

The spectacular festival begins with “Light-Up! Night”, the opening ceremoney, on Saturday, November 23, 2024. The evening starts at 4:00 PM in the Plaza de la Constitución, where attendees from all over town can enjoy live music and festive performances. This year, enjoy performances from Showtime USA and All Star Orchestra who’ll sing all our favorite Holiday hits! At 6:30 PM, the city is illuminated and the fun really begins! NOTE: Arrive early to find parking and to secure your spot.
