Local homebuilder has partnered with Turner Pest Control to disinfect homes before customers move in
When COVID-19 started having impacts on St. Johns County, MasterCraft Builder Group chose to stick to their values and offer peace of mind for its customers. A semi-custom homebuilder and community developer that closes on a dozen new homes each month, MasterCraft Builder Group has partnered with Turner Pest Control to offer TurnerClean Disinfection Misting Service to disinfect all of its homes before customers move in.

The TurnerClean Commercial Disinfection Misting & Sanitizing Service from Turner Pest Control is a broad-spectrum disinfection misting service that uses Nisus DSV, which the EPA has determined is effective against SARS-CoV-2 (the cause of COVID-19), to sanitize large areas including surfaces and inaccessible areas such as walls, floors, structures, and equipment. The service also includes a hard surface wipe-down for heavily contacted surfaces such as doorknobs, cabinet handles, and under counters. The disinfection mist is dispersed in fine particles that slowly settle onto surfaces – killing pathogens in seconds – and then left to dry for a few hours. It is part of Turner’s mission to protect public health and their technicians are fully-trained to provide disinfecting and sanitizing services to combat the spread of Coronavirus and other pathogens.
“It was an easy decision to work with Turner Pest Control, which has been one of our trade partners since we started the company in 2011, and offer this free service to our customers,” Shee said. “From laying the flooring to painting the interior walls, new construction literally has hundreds of pairs of hands working to build each home.
