Today we are touring Bannon Lakes. This is fantastic community located off of International Golf Parkway and bordered by 20,000 acres of pristine preserve. It is located 25 minutes to downtown St Augustine, and 20 minutes to the beaches and Jacksonville. This community is located within the the sought after St. John’s County school system, which is one of the highest ranking in the state of Florida.

When you enter into Bannon Lakes you will notice the mature oak canopy as you drive down the boulevard. Moreover, interesting tid-bit, the oaks you are seeing were harvested on this land and replanted to maintain the natural landscape for the area.

There is a new phase of construction called Preserve at Bannon Lakes and Pulte is building homes that range in size from 1500 to over 4,000 sq feet and vary in price from $430,000 to $675,000 not including lot premium or upgrades.

It is located off of International Golf Parkway close to the i95 junction, and it is conveniently located to World Golf Village’s King & Bear and Slammer & Squire golf courses feature designed in collaboration by four World Golf Hall of Fame Members; Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Sam Snead, and Gene Sarazen so if you are a golfer this community might be a good fit for you.

If you aren’t a golfer, don’t worry; you are centrally located, so the Historic District, the beach, and Jacksonville are all about 20 minutes away.
