Nelmar Terrace, Saint Augustine

Nelmar Terrace is located in North City just  South of Fullerwood. This small but beautiful neighborhood features lovely homes with many distinctive styles from Craftsman to Dutch Colonial and were historically homes to St. Augustine’s prominent residents. A close knit community that is part of the National Historic Registry, it is located close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything the historic district has to offer.
