Today we are doing a tour of the 55 and over community, Del Webb Ponte Vedra. This is a gated community about 30 minutes north of historic St Augustine and 30 minutes south of Jacksonville.

The location is situated perfectly with easy access to the beach, medical services, restaurants, shopping and all the things north florida has to offer.

Del Webb Ponte Vedra is an active adult community with so much to offer. Residents get to enjoy state of the art amenities at the 37,800 sq ft Anastasia Club featuring a spa, fitness center, outdoor and indoor pools, pickle ball, and tennis. Talk about resort style living, oh and they also

get to enjoy social activities in the library, cafe, ballroom, and the arts and crafts studio.

Another fantastic thing about this community is that It’s extremely easy for the residents to get outside with miles of walking paths, a 6 mile nature trail, Central Park and a community garden. This is also a golf cart friendly community so there’s never a need to take the car.
